Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Justin Quinn, doing business as Better Golf Miami ("Better Golf Miami," "we," "us"). They cover BetterGolfMiami.com and the Better Golf Miami app (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Who can use the Services

• You must be 16 or older to create an account. By creating one, you confirm that you are.
• The Services are offered to people in the United States.
• If you're under 16, a parent or guardian can book lessons for you on BetterGolfMiami.com using their own account.
• If we learn an account belongs to someone under 16, we may close it and delete its information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information, and keep it up to date.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile) or at BetterGolfMiami.com/delete-account.

Lessons and payments

• Lessons are in-person golf instruction with Justin Quinn in the Miami area.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your full card number.
• Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, weather and lesson packages follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Golf is a physical activity. Take part within your own ability and follow course rules and safety instructions.

The app's features

• Round tracking, stats, drills and recaps are for practice and improvement. They're estimates, not guarantees.
• AI help is optional and only runs if you say yes. AI suggestions can be wrong; your lessons with Justin come first.
• What you add (rounds, notes, photos, thoughts you share with Justin) stays yours. You let us store and show it so the Services work, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Using the Services fairly

Don't misuse the Services: no breaking in, copying the app, using someone else's account, uploading anything unlawful or anything you don't have the right to share, or harassing anyone.

Our content

The Services, including drills, lesson materials, photos, logos and the app, belong to Better Golf Miami or its licensors. You may use them for your own golf improvement, not to copy, sell or redistribute them.

Changes and availability

We may update the Services or these Terms. If a change matters, we'll show it in the app or on the website, and the "Last Updated" date will change. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Disclaimers and limits

The Services are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Apple and Google

If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and Better Golf Miami, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the app or its support.

Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
